Sardar Patel University invites application for MD/MS courses for academic year 2012.

Eligibility:
Candidate must have completed MBBS Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidate is based on score in Pre-PG Medical Entrance Examination test conducted by Sardar Patel University at Pramukhswami Medical College.

How to Apply:
Application form can be obtained from PG cell by paying the applicationfee of Rs. 3000/- in cash or DD drawn in favour of “Charutar Arogya Mandal”, Payable at Anand on any nationalized bank. (Cheques will not be accepted). Application form can also be obtained through post by sending a DD of Rs. 3050/-. Last date of obtaining form by post is 03-Jan-2012.
Admission committee is not responsible for any loss or damage which might occur during Postal or Courier delivery. Candidates are encouraged to apply early to avoid last minute postal delay. Forms will not be accepted after the due date (10th January 2012).
Any person desirous to apply under two categories (viz, “SP University + NRI” or “Other University + NRI”) need to fill only one form with an additional fee of Rs. 2000/- (i.e. total application fee amounting to Rs. 5000/-)
Application form and Admission Guidelines can also be downloaded from our web site. The two page application forms should be on a white A4 size paper on two separate pages. While printing ‘page scaling option in the print menu should be NONE, do not change the scaling of the page.
