Patient Related

• To provide medical consultations to eligible employees

• To provide emergency care as independent doctor

• Provide primary care treatment for minor illnesses and injuries

• Perform Health Check examinations on eligible employees

• Providing local evacuations as assistance doctor or independently.

Administrative
• Assist nursing staff with administration of patient records

• Responsible for documentation of ER admissions/ discharge.

Professional
• Maintain Medical License

• Regular participation in CME and other trainings with purpose of continuing education and refreshment of skills.

• Active participation in first aid training and continuity training of other medical personnel.

• Skills in Emergency Medical Care and CPR Proficiency. ACLS or St. John’s emergency treatment or equivalent is preferable.

• Knowledge and experience in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Practice, General Surgery, Gynecology, etc will be an added advantage.

Reports To
• Report to Deputy Medical Director, Medical Services, India anything that might jeopardize patient care or breach health and safety

Record Keeping
• Correct filling of clinical invoices, patients’ files, check forms and all other necessary medical documentation related with outpatient and inpatient care

• Correct and proper storage of medical documentation including X-rays, check forms, procedures etc.

• Gather and review patient’s charts for the day, compile monthly statistics as per format.

• Correct filling of payment vouchers for clinical and other expenses

Health and Safety
• An awareness of safety and occupational hazards.

• Responsible to report H&S breaches or hazards to Clinic Manager and MS Manager.



Other Responsibilities
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Deputy Medical Director, Medical Services, India.
